100-ton corn processing equipment

Process introduction of flour mill project:
1. Raw grain cleaning section: one sieve, one stone removal, and one magnetic separation are adopted, and the large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, pebbles and magnetic substances in the grain are removed through the equipped winnowing system to ensure product quality.
2. Degerming, peeling, and embryo extraction section: adopts the process of two degerming, one peeling, one polishing, three embryo selection, two selection, one suspension, and four sieve classification processes.
①De-germ: break the material into 3-4 to separate the embryo from the endosperm, and try to ensure the integrity of the embryo;
②Peeling and polishing: remove the skin and embryo from the endosperm, and separate the powder, skin and embryo through an effective suction system
③Suspension: Use airflow to separate the skin from the embryonic skin mixture according to the specific gravity of the material;
④ Screening: classification according to the size and quality of the material;
⑤Selection: According to the specific gravity of the material, the skin and broken embryos are separated from the material through the combined action of the fish scale and the air flow;
⑥ Embryo selection: according to the specific gravity of the material, the endosperm is separated from the mixture of endosperm and embryo through the combined action of fish scale and air flow;


3. The grits making section: the process of fine grits, sieving and classification suspension is adopted.
①Refined grits: the material is broken into grits, and the endosperm (white spots) with less hardness is finely powdered;
②Screening: classification according to the size of the material;
③Suspension: Use airflow to separate microskins from grits according to the specific gravity of materials;
4. Pulverizing section: using multiple grinding and sieving processes.
① Grinding: The surface sand that enters the mill is ground into a powder;
②Screening: Separate the ground powder from the material;
5. Metering and packaging section: The storage warehouse can reduce the amount of labor, and the metering and packaging can be manual packaging or electronic packaging.
