1. Start the motor, start the machine, add 6%-8% water into the cake, pour it into the hopper, and polish the chamber. The feed should not be too strong, or it may cause the chamber to be blocked and stuck, so the feeding should be slow and uniform.
2. After operation, observe the situation of the cake. If no cake is produced, press the screw to exit 1-2 laps again. Never drive a car. Extrude work after troubleshooting. In normal operation, the cake is 1-2 mm thick, the cake is shingle, the hand is not sticky, the inside is smooth, the outside is wrinkled, and the surface is not greasy. Adjust the cake thickness: move the handle on the adjusting screw, turn the adjusting bolt clockwise, the bolt outward, the cake is thick, otherwise the cake is thin.(The adjustment bolt is LEFT T165x6) The cone Angle of the cake out ring is different from that of the slag out slightly, and the change of the cake thickness is 0.4-0.5mm for each turn.
3. During the operation of the mustard oil mill, the oil and slag should be frequently checked. Normally, most of the oil flows out of the strip row and the first few sections of the garden. If the cake is broken into slag, the material is too dry. If the cake is found to heat (steam) into large sheets that the water is too high, should be adjusted in time the content of moisture in the embryo material. Slagging: when slagging out of the strip into a fine sheet indicates high water, such as powder foam indicates low water. Excessive slag discharge in the garden means that the nut has not been pressed round, and the nut should be tightened. If the water is suitable, the slag discharge is not or less, and a small amount of slag discharge in the circle is allowed. The water content of the material embryo directly affects the oil yield, so the water content of the material embryo should be controlled during the press.
