Problems in the molding process of machine-made charcoal

There are four common problems found in the process of machine-made charcoal molding. Below I will explain the problems and solutions encountered in several productions.

1 The surface of the biomass briquette is cracked. Excessive moisture in the raw material will cause transverse cracks on the rod, and too little moisture will often lead to the discovery of longitudinal cracks. In addition, the heating temperature is too high, the raw material will be too softened, causing insufficient supply. This can also lead to cracks. The general way to deal with insufficient supply is to appropriately increase the diameter of the spiral, or to polish the spiral wall to increase the pitch between the spirals.
The density in the middle of the 2 rods is low, or contains scattered sawdust. This is due to the wear of the root diameter of the propeller shaft tip, or thickening by welding. Misalignment of the shaft tip can also cause the above problems, and it needs to be adjusted at high temperatures.

3 Due to insufficient material supply, too much moisture in the raw materials, insufficient heating temperature, etc.
4 Larger and hard debris is mixed into the raw material of "Sterling car", or the heating temperature is low. The former needs to be shut down to clear impurities. The latter must continue to heat to soften the raw materials.
